The site history review revealed that the property has historically been used as a dairy farm and has recently been used for grazing cattle and horses and a site visit confirmed that areas of environmental concern are limited to areas within and adjacent to the dairy sheds, work shop, motor room, rubbish burn-off area and the filled dam on the eastern side of the property.
