The subject property has undergone a Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the purpose of pre-purchase due diligence. 36 locations were sampled throughout the site concentrating on the broad acre area and within the farm buildings precinct. A monitoring well was also installed adjacent to the UST identified on site. Further work was subsequently undertaken to remove all buildings on site and to remediate the areas of concern.
