Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment at Western Port Highway, Lyndhurst, Victoria
The large urban fringe farm property underwent a Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the purpose of determining site usage and conditions prior to residential development on the site. The site history review revealed that the property has historically been used as a dairy farm and has recently been used for grazing cattle and horses and a site visit confirmed that areas of environmental concern are limited to areas within and adjacent to the dairy sheds, work shop, motor room, rubbish burn-off area and the filled dam on the eastern side of the property.
