Major Project. Site assessment to determine contamination potential prior to developing the site into high density residential apartments. This project required Atma Environ to identify all site contamination prior to site demolition for planning and management purposes to an audit standard. In addition, Atma Environmental managed the reclassification of Category A PIW to Category B resulting in significant cost savings on soil disposal to client.
