Atma Environmental was engaged to complete Site Suitability Assessments for three adjacent properties being considered by the Victorian School Building Authority for a potential new school development. The work was designed to help the client compare each land parcel and understand the key environmental, planning, engineering and development constraints before deciding which site to progress.
Atma led the environmental due diligence process, including Preliminary and Detailed Site Investigations, and coordinated specialist sub-consultants covering town planning, civil engineering, traffic, ecology, cultural heritage and geotechnical matters. The final assessments provided an overarching summary of potential development constraints, contamination risks, approval considerations, likely liabilities and practical implications for acquisition and future school development.
